Our registration process is initiated by the participant or you,  the sponsor.

At LAUNCHPADcouncil, we take mentorship very seriously. We welcome each council member into our lifelong network of colleagues.

Parents and sponsors

  • Today’s employment market is tough to understand and navigate. As the world of work rapidly evolves, we know that developing a career at pace is time-consuming. People early in the their career often do not have the right exposure to how hiring and developing works and what levers to pull to effectively identify and accomplish their goals. People can feel lost and inefficient.

    At LAUNCHPADcouncil, we pull-back the curtain on career development and develop the skills and confidence necessary to take action. These skills are valuable now, and into the future as one’s career progresses.

  • We have two council experiences: GRADcouncil for soon and recent college graduates and PROcouncil for those 3-5 years into their career.

    In our experience, those early in their careers are navigating independence as they navigate career decisions. Often, it is one of the first times that a person is tackling uncertainty without much support, or support that they easily embrace. At LAUNCHPADcouncil, we enjoy being a community where we normalize the ups and downs of navigating a career and empower action.

    We tackle a wide variety of topics, ranging from telling your story and building a personal brand, to building a network, identifying the roles and companies best for you, winning in an interview, and thinking through decisions around graduate school and mid-term career goals.

  • In short, we focus on skill development, confidence, and action, while others focus on resumes and job search. We believe one must have one to do the other. As a result, we are comprehensive and better positioned to coach each person.

    Our blend of group coaching and personalized one-on-one coaching enables our success.

  • Gifting and sponsorship is straightforward. One can register for our experiences as a sponsor or a participant. Sponsors are not part of our program, nor engaged in discussing progress or feedback about participants. Our focus is the person you sponsor, their engagement, and their development.

    Your sponsorship is a big deal. We are proud to offer you an elegant, personalized gifting card to share with the participant in your life.
